Investment Studies Center (ISC), the training arm of Union of Investment Companies (UIC), organized a training program related to cash flows under the title "Equity Valuation", on Thursday, 15th June 2023. Mrs. Fadwa Darwish - UIC Secretary General, pointed the importance of these programs in developing employees in investment and banking sector entities in light of the constant need to increase the efficiency of employees in the financial sector and its impact on the progress of financial markets.

The training program aims to enhance analytical skills and evaluate listed securities, as well as learn about different valuation techniques and understand multiple market conditions in different sectors.

The participants in this training program were from various Kuwaiti investment companies and banks, representing different departments with multiple positions, such as financial analysts, portfolio managers, financial managers, human resources employees and managers, and others.

Through its training programs, UIC aspires to help financial sector companies to develop their human resources and contribute to the introduction of new methods in order to improve the nature of financial operations.

نظم مركز دراسات الاستثمار الذراع التدريبي لاتحاد شركات الاستثمار برنامج تدريبي يتعلق بالتدفقات النقدية تحت عنوان "Equity Valuation"وذلك يوم الخميس الموافق 15 يونيو 2023. ونوهت السيدة/ فدوى درويش - أمين عام الاتحاد بأهمية هذه البرامج في تطوير العاملين في شركات قطاعي الاستثمار والمصارف في ظل الحاجة المستمرة إلى زيادة كفاءة العاملين في القطاع المالي وانعكاسها على تقدم الأسواق المالية.

هدف البرنامج التدريبي إلى تعزيز المهارات التحليلية وتقييم الأوراق المالية المدرجة، كذلك التعرف على تقنيات التقييم المختلفة وفهم الظروف المتعددة للسوق في قطاعات مختلفة.

وقد كان المشاركون في هذا البرنامج التدريبي من مختلف شركات الاستثمار والبنوك الكويتية، ويمثلون أقسام ومراكز مختلفة وذوي وظائف متعددة، مثل المحللين الماليين، ومدراء المحافظ، والمدراء الماليين، وموظفي ومدراء الموارد البشرية، وغيرهم. إن اتحاد شركات الاستثمار ببرامجه التدريبية يطمح إلى مساعدة شركات القطاع المالي في تطوير كواردها البشرية والمساهمة في إدخال أساليب جديدة من أجل تحسين طبيعة العمليات المالية.
