Investment Studies Center (ISC), the training arm of Union of Investment Companies (UIC), organized a training program related to cash flows titled "Budgeting & Planning (Advanced)", on Sunday, 18^th June 2023. Mrs. Fadwa Darwish - UIC Secretary General, noted the importance of these programs in developing workers in investment and banking sector companies in light of the constant need to increase the efficiency of Workers in the financial sector and its impact on the progress of financial markets.

Through the training program, participants were able to understand the progress of the budgeting process and the subsequent learning of how to develop it. Participants also learned how to plan financial resources and how the budget affects planning and resource allocation.

The participants in this training program were from various investment companies and Kuwaiti banks, and they represented different departments with multiple positions, such as financial analysts, portfolio managers, financial managers, human resources employees and managers, and others. Through its training programs, UIC aspires to assist financial sector companies in developing their human cadres and contribute to introducing new methods in order to improve the nature of financial operations.
