Investment Studies Center (ISC), the training arm of Union of Investment Companies (UIC), organized a training program related to cash flows titled “Cash Flow Analysis”, on Wednesday 14^th June 2023. Mrs. Fadwa Darwish - UIC Secretary General, pointed the importance of such training programs in developing employees in investment and banking sector entities in light of the constant need to increase the efficiency of employees in the financial sector and its impact on the progress of financial markets.

This program aims to train and assist employees and workers in understanding and analyzing cash flow, as well as studying the cash flow cycle in various industries. Participants were trained on how to use cash flow in liquidity management, in addition to knowing the cash flow of banks, investors and customers.

The participants in this training program were from various investment companies and Kuwaiti banks, and they represented different departments with multiple positions, such as financial analysts, portfolio managers, financial managers, human resources employees and managers, and others. Through its training programs, UIC aspires to assist financial sector companies in developing their human cadres and contribute to introducing new methods in order to improve the nature of financial operations.
